« Our intention is simple: to bring Le Martinet back to life, to give it new momentum. »
Le Martinet is a place steeped in history. Created in the 1970s, this campsite was for many years a lively, beloved spot where holidaymakers, families and nature lovers gathered. At the time, it was part of a larger ensemble with a village of holiday homes, forming a vibrant place anchored in the local life and tourism of the Cévennes.
Here, the essentials have always stayed intact: a preserved environment, a peaceful atmosphere, and an ideal location — particularly close to the GR70 Stevenson Trail. And above all, a natural treasure just steps away: the magnificent Martinet waterfall, where a crystal-clear river flows through a small canyon.
This is the place — with its history and its potential — that we, Laure and Jérémie, along with our two children Myrtille and Loup, have chosen to take over.
Our intention is simple: to bring Le Martinet back to life, give it new momentum, and offer you a place to enjoy a real holiday, to recharge and to share.
Over the coming years, we want to take the time to observe, to listen to your feedback, and to truly get to know the place before letting it evolve progressively. The campsite won't be transformed this summer — it will grow step by step, with the goal of building, over time, a place faithful to the spirit we have in mind.
A new chapter beginning for this very special place, Seven Camp – Le Martinet.
